This Privacy Policy explains how Craft Mate (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use our website or any mobile application released under the Craft Mate brand.

This policy applies to Craft Mate applications including Resin Mate, Fairly Profitable, Leather Mate, Cutting Mate, and any other Craft Mate applications we may release in the future.

Information Used by Our Apps

Payments are processed by the platform through which the app was downloaded, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Craft Mate does not receive or store your full payment card or bank details.

We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements and verify whether a user has an active subscription. RevenueCat may process information relating to your app installation, subscription status, purchase history and the app store through which a purchase was made.

This information is used only where necessary to provide and manage paid app features.

Information stored locally within a Craft Mate app generally remains on your device until you delete it, delete the relevant project or record, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.

Where Craft Mate directly holds personal information, we retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.

Deleting Your Information

Where an app stores information locally, you can normally delete individual records within the app or remove locally stored information by uninstalling the app.

You may also contact us to ask whether we hold personal information about you and request its deletion where applicable.
